After Downloading the
Product from site, please Double Click on the Installer
from the saved location
As Clicks on the Installer, the automatic process will be started to install the selected product on your computer.
To start working with
ClientExact you need "User Name" and "Password".
You can get it from your
Accountant, or create your own by clicking on "Register Now"
button at Top-Left corner. In Second case Actax Solutions
will be your default Accountant. [You have to create your
Company at the Actax site www.accountexact.com]
Now you have to download
company. Enter "username" and "password" as you specified
or get from accountant and than click on "Download Company".
This is only one time process.
Now you can login just
by clicking "Submit".
Select "Year" and than
click "Open" to work for the relevant year.
If you want to change
the year of working, click "File" from the main Menu, choose
"Open Company", enter username and password , Select "Year"
from the list and click "Open".
Note: For the very first only, you have to download company data, Later on every time you can start working by just clicking “submit” button.
