After Downloading the
Product from site, Double Click on the Installer
from the saved location.
Subsequently, Click
on the Installer, the Installation Wizaed will guide you
though the rest of the installation procedure.
To start working with
ClientExact you need "User Name" and "Password".
You can get it from your
Accountant, or create your own by clicking on "Register Now"
button at Top-Left corner. In Second case Actax Solutions
will be your default Accountant. [You have to create your
Company at the Actax site www.accountexact.com]
Now you have to download
company. Enter "User Name" and "Password" as
you specified or get it from your Accountant and then
click on "Download
Company".
This is only one time process.
Now you can login just
by clicking "Submit".
Select "Year" and
then Click on "Open" to work for the relevant year.
If you want to change
the year of working, click "File" from the Main
Menu, choose
"Open Company", enter "User Name" and "Password"
, Select "Year"
from the list and click on "Open".
Note: For the very first only, you have to download company data, Later on every time you can start working by just clicking “submit” button.
